"Structural Engineering Forum of India (Formerly known as Structural Engineers Forum of India), - SEFI - is a forum that enables and supports interaction among Structural Engineers and addresses the issues that concern them. This forum also aims in aiding professionals from allied fields such as architecture, construction, sociology, planning, conservation and disaster mitigation to interact with structural engineers to make our habitat and that of the future generations to come, a better and safer place for the benefit of society at large."
[Note that the name of the organisation is changed wef 1st April 2010. "Engineers" word is replaced by "Engineering" hence new name is "Structural Engineering Forum of India"

- E-Conference on Flat Slabs Design issues, concluded successfully. It was moderated by Dr. Durgesh C Rai and Dr Manmohan Kalgal. Read Proceedings Here
- Seismic clauses in IRC-6 have been modified. The modifications can be downloaded from the Articles page (Article #4).
- Draft Report (2003) of the Engineering Council of India bill can be viewed and downloaded from the Articles page (Article #11).
