Just to simulate rigid diaphragm action.
Please see vipul sir’s paper. As per that procedure we have to assign pin support to each column(in order to take 100% base shear by shear wall).

I was dividing the pressure dig. in to rectangle of 216.4 x 1700 and
triangle of 33.6 x 1700. I was wrongly taking resultant of triangle @ 1/3
of 1700 instead of 2/3 of 17 ... |
