A fire wall of 10 m ht is partly -1.5 met in length out of 13 m, resting over adjacent column foundation.

Dear experts
In residential /multis , it is common to keep beam flush to the one face of column.
In this cases column face cover 75/50/40 and beam cover 50/40/30 makes bar placing difficult.
