Hello all When we calculate seismic wt. of floor at a storey, we consider half of the wall load above and below that particular storey.
Why don't we consider the full wall load only above the storey; as this is the wall load which is considered to be transferred at that floor (i.e. to the beams of that floor).
If the ht. of the storeys is different, it will make difference.
