Letter No 01/94/180/IEI CE/PC-IV/AM04/1530/10.12.2003 Signed by  FTDO Ministry of Commerce & Industries Government of India, Udyog Bhawan addressed to IEI



This letter confirmed that Chartered Engineers Certification is required according to the prescribed procedures included within Handbook of procedures Vol I.

It has been further added that no recognition of any institution has been given but the Chartered Engineer Certification is the reference officially.

IEI has been requested to propose the amendments sought
