Provide rigid support to tie beams on Tower No. 1.
Provide roller support to tie beam on Tower No. 2.
Roller support shall be capable to move forward or
backward for a length equal to 10 x defection of
Tower No. 1 + 10 x deflection of  Tower No. 2.
