For  Blast resistant Design , as a pesonal view

i) Roomm should  have  RCC walls / ( Brick + RCC) walls

ii) Roof slab  shall have  Double  mesh reinforcement ie  Top & Bott

iii) Slab Reinf shall be anchored into  walls for full D/Length

iv)Preferrablly Roof slab shall have more fill at top in form of lime conc/
mud phuska
to reduce the impact of explosion

v) RCC walls  along with 230 th brick work on inside is  preferrable to
reduce the
impact.
