Dear Er Guna,

Since the wall is 20 m long, there is a possibility of crack developing due to differential settlement. The Plinth beam should arrest this diff. settlement, provided it is designed properly. Is there any intermediate support for the plinth beam- 20 m is long for plinth beam. Also we need to know the type and nature of crack. Is there any beam at the top of the wall? Sometimes, the  top beam will rest on the wall, which will transfer the beam load to the wall, resuting in cracking of the wall. What is the thickness of wall?

Best wishes
