Kindly furnish me reference to design columns subjected to tension and Biaxial bending as per IS in limit state method.

Can we  design the column subjected to tension and biaxial moment using staad pro ?

Reinforced Concrete members by U. H. Varyani. The publishers are South Asian

Well, the simplest and the quickest is to design with SP-16, as it gives all
the charts similar to the charts for Compression with bi-axial bending.
