Dear Prabhakar Sir,

Your cartoon about proof consultants is just priceless! No doubt it was inspired by some similar experience you must have faced.

Just last week one so-called proof consultant commented that our calculations were in error because he was not getting the same result as I did in our sample calculations. I had to explain to him that in the term [pi-2*beta], the angle would have to be taken in radians, not degrees - and this is the gentleman who will tell me whether my design is correct or wrong!

Dear Er. Vivek Abhyankar and Er. Abhio,

As you said, humour comes out of one's life experience, observations, and sometimes it has to be exaggerated to make it funny.  Most of my cartoons are on this basis only.   I had a great laugh at the situation mentioned by Er. Abhio, which I have also experienced in my professional work.  I am sure, many Sefi members must have come across funny happenings and situations in their career, both at site and design office, which they can post them in this forum.  It makes life happy and more enjoyable.
