Yes, you can model tapered sections in the Etabs. Use Non prismatic sections in property definitions.

its not builtup tapered like staad..its start with some section and with some section |

If you are looking for a non prismatic type of beam , Yes it can be defined in Etabs
See in the Help menu of software or search Youtube |
