hi Everyone,
iam a BE civil 2016 fresher with an aggregate of 78.57%..
i was keen on joining a job for which i had applied to several openings ( by Registering into websites like naukri.com , fresherworld and few others. ) Also i had applied for some of the companies like ultratech, L & T , shapoorji, shobha developers via their websites.. But i haven't got any reply from any of those.. what might be the reasons for it? or What should be the approach for a fresher in order to get one?
