Dear All,
Kindly anyone explain me how to calculate the Subgrade Modulus for the block type Dynamic Machine Foundation? I need to use STAAD for this design. Previously I did Dynamic Block Foundation, but Pile Supported. For Pile Supported Block Foundation I did 1) Static Analysis & 2) Dynamic Analysis. From 2) Dynamic Analysis I have Extract the Time vs Disp and Time vs Velo which are compared by the allowable limit. Now the case is slightly different, now i need to create a Block Foundation without pile and for that I need to know how to calculate Dynamic Subgrade modulus.
