Use of Bentonite Slurry for Piles - NHAI CIRCULAR

Does anyone aware about NHAI circular regarding use of bentonite slurry to stabilize the bore of the bored cast in situ piles, in road bridges ?

Generally all cast in situ pile bore holes bentonite is used to arrest the water entry and stabilise the bore hole. In sedimentary soil area where entire bore hole casing pipe is to be  provided, while drilling bentonite along with clay mix used for drilling and stabilize the bore till the casing pipe inserted.
