Out of named speakers, regretfully, I did not find any person, who has extensive, related experience on construction safety, health & environment

Our objective should remain to acquire knowledge about, how to apply to a maximum safety & health hazards on working crews & to protect ourselves.

Named speakers are excessively elite professionals, not related to reality in world of working HSE in construction

We should benefit of field safety & not beat about papers involved safety

Seminars are definitely very useful wherein knowledge  on practical aspects is shared. Information on new trends, procedures , newer technology , materials is discussed.
Generally faculty / presenters  are from different working background s on same subject, be it learned Professors, Engineers working on Ground, Engineers from associated industries, Project management experts spending their career span in tackling day to day site related, HSE related issues  and Consultants dealing with such subject exclusively.

A mix of theory + practice is always beneficial because both complement each other , and put a convincing effect on participants.
