How to design a retaining wall resting on the piles?

Retaining wall on pile found ation :

Retaining wall comprise of  :
Vertical Rcc wall  stem - to be designed for backfill pressures plus any LL/Vehicular surcharge,, with weep holes in wall,, but at least 33% to 40% hydrostatic pr,, to account for chokage of weep holes
Base Slab Pile cap -
Minimum two rows of piles,, one just below wall  and other one at heal edge with required edge distancing,,

Analysis of pile foundations -
Spacing of piles -s along length of wall
Calculate Maximum load on piles just under wall
Calculate minimum losd on piles at heal edge
Based on
P/n plus/minus  (M/I) *y
n - nos of piles  ,, say 2 nos  if two rows
I MoI of pile group
Y - distance of cg of pile group fm fatrhest pile,, here p
P is the vertical load within distance s
M- Net  moment  within distance s

Check petmitted pile loads,, otherwise alter pile spacing s and recheck
