Copyright Issues While Publishing a EBOOK

If my Ebook contains borrowed material, like pictures, texts, graphs from other Books / Research Papers / Journals / Standards / Codes / Google / Google pictures.

And we mention in the Bibliography / References section.

Is it permissible to print that Ebook ???

Will there be any copyright issues ???

Will it not be a crimnal case ?? & Crimnal Offence ??
