Modern Technologies in Corrosion Mitigation and Sustainability.
Corrosion had been problem since almost use of steel as reinforcement started. Life of all RCC Structures in most cases depends on starting of Corrosion. There had been various methods to mitigate corrosion, coating the reinforcement, mixing admixtures- right at the time of concreting, applying various types of coating on finished RCC products and very importantly migratory corrosion tablets and finally cathodic protection.
Let's understand from experts, various new trends in mitigation of corrosion in RCC structures.
