Private sector is indeed better in both production and efficiency because they motivate their employees with incentives and keep a check on corruption practices..

Government employees have better job security and don't have mechanism to check corruption.So they don't worry while taking bribes.

It seems like taking and giving bribes has become an integral part of common man which needs to be changed.

People look for government jobs because they know that you can certainly make a lot more than your salary.
