the tower of a wind turbine is 77m and is constructed from a circular cross section, and at the top is equipment.
due to the distance the center of gravity of the rotor and hub mass at the top (Fy=500kN), it has moment from eccentricity (Mz=800 kNm) (please, see picture).
do I need to take into account the eccentricity for seismic load so:
