Dear Er Sivakumar,

Refer Guidelines for design of joints between steel beams and reinforced concrete columns, by ASCE committee, published in Aug 1994 issue of the Journal of the Structural Engg. ASCE, Vol.120, No.8, Aug. 1994, pp. 2330-2355

The book "HANDBOOK OF STRUCTURAL STEEL CONNECTIONS DESIGN" by Akbar R.Tamboli, also refers the above paper only. It contains worked examples, which are easy to follow.

Another recent reference based on Japanese practice may be downloaded from http://www.sigi.ca/engineering/civl510_2010/Guidelines%20Seismic%20Design_Nishiyama.pdf

Best wishes
NS

If it is steel to concrete column (I understood it as steel beam and concrete column),

the anchor bolts need to be tied with the column reinforcing to transfer the moment.

It is a specialist connection. What are the sizes of beams and columns do you have.

There are stepped columns or bracket columns which are frequently used in industrial cranes, etc. You can get a good hint from there.
Also, please provide more information to enable meaningful ideas.
