Hi All,

Generally for bulidings (normal conventioanl system) making staad model with plates or floor load method which one will give the accurate results?

Do not model Slab with plate elements in STAAD beacause it will take effect stiffness of slab and moment in your beam will be considerably less compared to model in which you use floor load ...
