Dear Sir,

With reference to the attached files,i have one query on the above said issue.the retaining wall raft is subjected to overturning due to the application of point load of 66T(working) acting at a span of 2.1m from retaining wall.i have considered a column with a cantilever beam from retaining wall as shown in section 1-1. i need the design methodology of raft design to withstand overturning.there are some restrictions here. we can't have  a support from cliff or plumb concrete and there is no provision to take a back support to act as a counter support for cantilever beam.
Kindly suggest if there is any solution to overcome this issue.your response is highly appreciated.
