Which is the tallest building designed and constructed in our country?
Could any structural engineer involved in this project explain the salient features in design of this building and practical difficulties overcome while executing this project

Sir,
I can not do it on other's post. It is unwise and unethical also and I will not do it unless the poster asks to do so. Under the forum it is also impossible to edit other's post.

Thanks for your gesture.

Dear Er Rangarajan,

I am aware that you can not edit my post. I already edited mine. I only asked you to edit your post-you have quoted mine and the objectionable link is there.

Regards,
NS

Dr. Subramanian,

The Structural Engineers for the tallest building 'Palais Royale' which is under construction in Mumbai, is Sterling Engineering Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd of Mumbai, and not Dr. Colaco of CBM Engineers, USA as mentioned in your posting.  CBM Engieers, USA were only Structural Peer Reviewers.  There is a detailed Project Report on the building in March 2011 issue of 'The Structural Engieer', Journal of the Institution of Structural Engineers, UK.

Dear Er Prabhakar,

Thanks for the info. I stand corrected. From Dr Colaco 's interview in the Nov. 2012 issue of ICJ I got an impression like that.

Could you please send that report to my email ID.

Glad to note that you are a member of Institution of Structural Engineers, UK, which a spl. Membership as they admit members based on a very tough examination, unlike other memberships like ACI or ASCE which are given based on the degree, experience and professional achievements alone of the person.

Warm regards,
Subramanian
