The design of fully restrained (FR) moment connections is covered in Part 12 of the AISC Steel  Construction Manual

Chapter IIC
Bracing and Truss Connections
The design of bracing and truss connections is covered in Part 13 of the AISC SteelConstruction Manual.



Chapter IID
Miscellaneous Connections
This section contains design examples on connections in the AISC Steel Construction Manual that are not covered in other sections of the AISC Design Examples.

These examples are in both LRFD (Limit State) and ASD.  You can get a copy these examples book from AISC Book Store.  I have a copy but for AISC copy protection rights, I can not send it to you.
