Dear Mr. Joshi

Itemwise answer are.

1(a). Anchorage length is required to anchor the reinforcement at the end to
a member. Generally at the end of beam, the beam reinforcement is anchored
for a length (Ld+10d) into the column.

1(b) Bond length: Bond length is required to bond it to the concrete. A
certain length is necessary to develop the bond strength.  It is taken as
Ld. It is also known as development length in tension

1(c) Lap length:  Whenever, reinforcement have to be continued  by adding
reinforcement  length, the overlap length is called lap length. which should
not be less than Ld.

2. Anchorage length reqired for a end beam over a column is Ld+10d, however,
for inside beams continuos over column, it is met automatically and hence
not required.

3. Anchorage length required for a end beam over another beam is same
Ld+10d, however, for inside beams crossing each other, it is met
automatically  and hence not required.

Hope this makes things clear.
D.K. Paul
