Dear Friends
After this much discussion I have concluded that
Mixing Pozzolana ( Fly Ash) in cement is good in both cases (manufacturing stage or Mixing at Batching Plant) It has all the Advantages and One disadvantage That is mainly responsible for apprehension of the Engineers to use it in Structural RCC work that is “Un reliability of the fly ash” The fly ash is most unreliable product its quality depends on too many things from performance of Plant to type of the coal and even use of dual fuel etc. there is a big list, only 40% of fly ash is good as Pozzolana and in India this percentage is even Low. One can not be confident about the quality of his work. Just in case of OPC 33 grade Three Cubes would give different strength this difference is less in 43 grade and minimum in 53 grade. That is the reliability, that I fear is not possible with Pozzolana easily.
