Yes, you can model tapered sections in the Etabs. Use Non prismatic sections in property definitions.

its not builtup tapered like staad..its start with some section and with some section

If you are looking for a non prismatic type of beam , Yes it can be defined in Etabs
See in the Help menu of software or search Youtube
