Dear  Er. Rajeev Mishra,  
I have worked on many Industrial Structures ( Thermal Power Plants, Oil Refineries and others) and have  always used  AISC  Design Guide --7 .  This  should answer most of your questions.  I have a copy of AISC  Design Guide -7 but can not send it to you because of  COPY  PROTECTION  LAWS.

Industrial  Buildings, Roofs to Anchor Rods, Second Edition, By James M. Fisher, Computerized StructuralDesign, Inc., Milwaukee, WI.
