8.1.1 for columns eccentricity- Code provision leads to higher eccentricity on longer side. This need to be changed 8.1.2: It should be for all as not only walls but also it's relative location and whether walls are bounded by beams on all sides etc. are important
8.1.3.1.a: Direct load path- Does this mean we need to analyse the tower independent of podium and establish foundations?
8.1.3.1.2.e:
Any specific method when flat slabs are employed at podium level?
8.1.3.3.2.b: Need to have a cap on axial load ratio to ensure ductility in the column. Research indicates that level of axial load plays important role
8.5.2.a: Additional criteria of minimum distance from end/ corner to be specified or additional criteria for design of short column is required
8.7.6: Often times, due to torsion in building, axial force in beams exist even under gravity loads. IS IS13920 provision applicable ?Thanks & regards
