I think that there a need to overhaul the existing engineering practices to ensure that such disasters do not happen in future.SUCH OF THE SITUATIONS WHICH ARE NOT OPEN TO VISUAL INSPECTION WE SHOULD HAVE MUCH HIGHER FACTOR OF SAFETY IN DESIGN OF CONNECTIONS.
I want that the engineering fraternity sit together and apply their mind and cobble up a standard.structural audit when nothing is in view is an eyelash it was accordingly done the files complied as also some small slush money must have been shared by the people associated.
WE MUST MAKE STIPULATIONS FOR SUCH CONNECTIONS SITUATIONS.THESE WOULD PARTICULARLY HELPFUL TO USERS OF STEEL
