I'm Student of Mtech - Structural Engineering
According to SP-16 : 1980(BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS),
While designing Compression Members Subjected to Biaxial Bending -3.3 clause Example-8
We have to check for minimum Eccentricity " Moments due to minimum eccentricity are less than the actual value".
What if this case is not occurred i.e Moments due to minimum eccentricity are greater than the actual value.
