I want to know about design guidelines for heliport design in India
If anyone have done similar project please upload some data related to Elevated RCC heliport design

You can design the RCC heliport for a live load calculated by multiplying the gross (laden) weight of the helicopter (usually in the range of 30 - 40 kN) with "Dynamic Load Factor" (DLF), unless a sophisticated dynamic analysis is necessitated. The value of DLF suggested by the attached article is "2". Also please see the old posting in SEFI, related to this :

This is very much in line with the strength of materials theory that suddenly applied load produces 2 times the force / stress that produced by  gradually applied load.
