75mm thk CC Wearing Coat on Bridges

Has anyone experience in using the 75mm thk Cement Concrete Wearing Coat on Bridge deck slab as per MORTH 2702 (instead of conversational 65mm bitumenous wearing coarse) ?

How is the performance on PSC girder bridges?

Dear sir,

In Tamil Nadu lot of bridges have been constructed using CC wearing coat.
Normally M30 design mix is recommended with a nominal steel reinforcement to take care of secondary stresses. But the whole operation needs stringent quality control otherwise several cases of failure have been reported.

Extremely thankful for your response Sir, could you mention a few bridges or share some photos / locations?

Are there bridges with PSC girder type superstructure.
