Dear All,

I have one doubt for a long period about the depth of stub angle to be embeded in concrete.Normal practise it is followed as 150 mm between the PCC and the Stub bottom most portion.(leg shear from Bottom).

Is there any standard reference or by practise any minimum and maximum limits could be followed.

For example if the pile cap thickness is 1350mm and the stub embedded length in the concrete is 900mm only.It can be accepted or any problems will encounter in future.

Kindly suggest me to get clarified the same.
