IS 13920 Cl 7.1 Min compressive stress for a column should be 0.08fck. What if it isnt? I know I should decrease the cross section but what if I get the stress equal to 0.06fck? I know I have to design it as a flexural member but what about the axial load? I have a section of 400x400 with 240kN axial load and 62kNm and -31kNm moments on it. Please help.
