Sir,

The said formula has been derived from Eq 10.62 of DOSS By Dr Subramaniun Pg 480 for I shaped beams. The corresponding Ipz and Ipy were substituted.
However for SHS, RHS the equations for Ipz, Ipy are quite complex. The equation will be complicated rather than simple.

It may be better to go for Trial method.
This is my observation.
