How to determine Stiffness of full building STAAD ?

I need to perform two stage analysis as per ASCE-07-12.2.3.2

Can I use for T=2pi Sqrt M/K ??

where
T is time period calculated from Equivalent static method /ELF 12.8.2 as per clause .

M = Mass of the str.

kindly share some doc's
