Hello Structural Engineers,
I am writing this to get an idea about 'Bolt Tensioning'. Are we using it in India? If yes, since when we are using it? Also which Indian standards gives specifications and materials for the same?
I also want to know exactly where do we use this technique.

Refer HSFG Bolts as per IS:4000
