This post is to make you aware about recent updates regarding Draft Professional Engineer's Bill 2025.

1. Dear Colleagues, You may be aware that AICTE has recently prepared a Draft Professional Engineers Bill, which is currently open for public comments. Recognizing the significance of this bill for engineering professionals, IAStructE is organizing a Brainstorming Session on the Proposed Draft Professional Engineers Bill on April 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (IST) via Zoom. All engineering professionals are invited to participate and share their insights and suggestions for its further refinement. The session will feature a panel of experts who will brief participants on the draft bill’s contents and share their perspectives.

Draft professional engineers bill 2025 comments link not available. Please share any update on it as last date for commnents was extended till 10.04.2025 which could have considered during these vacations.

There was live zoom meeting held on 8th April 2025, 4pm to 6.30pm approx.
As per attachment It was organized by Panelist and Moderator
And suggestions were asked through Google form as posted in my previous post and through iastructe@@gmail.com.

AN IS CODE REQUIRED IN MODELLING OF STRUCTURES PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IDEAL STRUCTURES MODELLING,
SINCE COMPUTER SOFTWARE AGE,,
INCORRECT MODELLING MAY LEAD TO INACCURATE RESULTS AND HENCE GUIDELINES ON MODELLING ASPECTS NEEDS TO BE COVERED.
JUST A SUGGESTION FOR CONSIDERATIONS
