Dear Sir / Madam,
It is our pleasure to inform you that Institute for Steel Development & Growth (INSDAG) is organizing a two-day Online Training Course on "Design of Steel Structures with latest Indian code" on 17th May and 31st May 2025. Both days are Saturdays and the lectures will be organized between 10:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs (IST). The main objective of this training course is to create interest among the students of Civil/Structural to use steel as a material of construction in their future professional endeavors while exploiting numerous advantages of structural Steel as a material of construction. IS 800-2007 is the umbrella code for Structural Steel Design in India and forms the basics of Structural steel design. This code has incorporated the Limit State Method of Design. The course will cover a discussion about the latest provision of the code and will also deal with the application of the same in popular software, STAAD.Pro etc.
In view of the limited registration slots that will be available, all interested Civil / Structural Engineers should register through the attached registration form to confirm their participation at the earliest through Email (seminars@insdag.com). The registration shall be confirmed only after receiving the registration fee. Kindly note that registration shall be open till the seats are available. The registration link for each day's lecture shall be sent well in advance to the registered participants only.
