Hello all
When we were discussing about the 0.9DL+ 1.5 EL combination as when
it should
be accounted for, Prof. Sudhir Jain wrote :

The confusion on this account comes from IS:456 wherein it is mentioned
that this combination is to be considered when stability against
overturning or stress reversal is critical.

So if this comb. has to be considered necessarily why don't we delete the
same
note at least in IS 800 which is there in the Table 5.1 .
