Hello There is a contradiction in the value of high shear force

According to clause 8.2.1.3 high shear force is the shear force which is
more than
60% of the design shear strength.

But acc. to clause 9.2.1 high shear force is the shear force which is more
than
50% of the design shear strength.

Mukesh
