YOU CAN MODEL SHEAR WALL BY USING 4 NODED PLATE ELEMENT OF SIZE 0.5MX0.5M AND APPLY THE THICKNESS OF SHEAR WALL . bY THIS WAY YOU CAN MODEL THE SHEAR WALL. FOR UNDERGROUND BASEMENT APPLY SUPPORTS AND THE APPROPRIATE LEVELS.
2ND WAY YOU HAVE TO MODEL AS A SURFACE ELEMENT AND APPLY THICKNESS OF SHEAR WALL. YOU TO PROVIDED MULTIPLE SUPPORTS FOR THIS. bY USING SURFACE MODEL YOU CAN APPLY SHEAR WALL DESIGN GIVEN IN CONCRETE DESIGN. YOU HAVE TO APPLY ALL THE PARAMETERS BEFORE ASSIGNING SHEAR WALL DESIGN
