Dear friend
It will be quite similar to regular column and column footing design only but check for min. steel requirement in pedastals.

Dear Friend,
Foundation will be same as isolated foooting mainly , but in some cases when crane columns are coming and/ or spacing is much closer combined footing may come.
As the columns in pre engineered buildings start from ground floor level, lateral forces in case of wind & earth quake shall create some moments at foundation level depending upon foundation depth, which shall be taken care of.
regards,
