Dear all,

Abbreviations personally acceptable to me or rather welcome to minimise time/cost. But if some object,we should avoid.

regards,

Mr. ARC,

I think for many readers lengthy e-mails may not be any pleasure! And since
the whole system is changing (may be for better, otherwise it wouldn't have
been changing!) I don't see any harm in using abbreviations. I think the
days of real pleasure of writing and reading letters on post cards have gone
and even the "snailmail" is instant.

And Mr. Kadam, using abbreviations is nothing immoral, unethical, non
parliamentary or abusive so there should be no "objections". And even ARC
also doesn't sound "objecting" but "suggesting". Yes one should avoid it if
one wishes to.

With regards,

learning the "tricks" of it thru, "Architects", "Clients (including their
distant relatives)", "Contractors" and even "Seniors"]
