Hello

After how many days of casting the concrete should be considered
as "OLD". Can the concrete casted before 2-3 days be considered as OLD.

What are the views of members and does any code say something about this.

Regards

Mukesh Upadhyay

Even I fully agree with Mr. Malay
Moreover now adays we have variety of chemicals in the market. Specially
epoxy based or such similar chemicals for bonding of old concrete with the
new. For example I have successfully used Nitobond-EP of FOSROC for bonding
of old concrete to the new.
